Do not use ChaiLink for fraud, impersonation, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, unauthorized remittance, stolen payment methods, fabricated support transactions, or attempts to convert test balances into real money. Investment solicitation, lending, cryptocurrency trading, gambling, pyramid/MLM recruitment and sale of physical goods are outside this service.

Do not publish child sexual exploitation, sexual exploitation or trafficking, pornography, threats, incitement to violence, targeted hateful harassment, doxxing, malicious links, unlawful drugs or weapons sales, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not expose private identity or payment information. Additional restrictions of the activated payment provider apply to checkout-supported activities.

Do not bypass account restrictions, abuse automated requests, interfere with other users, exploit payment callbacks, submit forged documents or misrepresent identity verification. Report a suspected vulnerability privately to support@chailink.co without accessing others' data or disrupting service.

ChaiLink may hide content, require corrections, restrict profile visibility, suspend accounts or hold affected payments while reviewing evidence. Financial records are preserved. Decisions can be appealed through the Moderation & Appeals Policy. Report public abuse with a URL and explanation to support@chailink.co; do not include unnecessary sensitive data.
