About ChaiLink

What we provide

ChaiLink is a digital patronage platform, not an e-commerce store. Supporters visit a Creator's public profile, choose an amount in PKR, optionally leave a message, and complete checkout without creating an account. Creators manage their profile, view supporters, track goals, and withdraw earnings to their bank account, Raast ID, or mobile wallet.

ChaiLink is not a bank and does not offer deposits, loans, investments, or cryptocurrency services. Contributions are voluntary gifts unless a Creator explicitly offers a deliverable on their profile.

How payments work

1. Supporter selects an amount in PKR on a Creator's profile at www.chailink.co/username
2. Payment is processed through State Bank-licensed partners including PayFast (Avanza Premier Payment Services), Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and card networks
3. ChaiLink (Pvt) Ltd acts as the merchant of record — the legal seller on checkout
4. After deducting the platform fee, the net amount is credited to the Creator's Vault ledger on ChaiLink
5. Creator requests a payout to their verified bank, wallet, or Raast destination

Policies & compliance

ChaiLink maintains comprehensive policies required for payment gateway partnerships and consumer protection, including refund, return/cancellation, privacy, acceptable use, AML, and SBP regulatory disclosures.
