CHAILINK (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED operates www.chailink.co — a creator-support platform built for Pakistani creators. We help artists, writers, educators, streamers, and independent professionals receive voluntary support from their audience in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

What we provide

ChaiLink is a digital creator-support platform. Supporters visit a Creator's public profile, choose an amount in PKR, optionally leave a message, and complete checkout without creating an account. Guests provide a valid email for their payment receipt. Creators manage their profile, view supporters, track goals and save a payout destination in Pakistan.

ChaiLink is not a bank and does not offer deposits, loans, investments, or cryptocurrency services. Contributions are voluntary support. They do not buy a commission, physical goods, recurring service or guaranteed digital deliverable.

How payments work

  1. Supporter selects an amount in PKR on a Creator's profile at www.chailink.co/username
  2. Supporter reviews the support amount, gateway fee, checkout taxes and total, then uses a method offered by the active checkout provider
  3. CHAILINK (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED acts as the merchant of record for enabled digital creator-support checkout
  4. Server-side payment confirmation records the contribution and its ledger entries; a browser redirect alone does not prove payment success
  5. Creator earnings follow the monthly payout schedule, subject to the current minimum, holds, reservations and accurate payout details

Company registration

CHAILINK (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is a private company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 of Pakistan. ChaiLink operates as a digital creator-support platform and merchant of record for voluntary contributions in PKR. Individual Creators on the platform are not separate payment-gateway merchants. They must provide truthful account and payout information and cooperate with reasonable review requests. Incorporation and an NTN do not establish a banking or payment-services licence.
