About ChaiLink
ChaiLink (Pvt) Ltd operates www.chailink.co — a financial contribution platform built for Pakistani creators. We help artists, writers, educators, streamers, and independent professionals receive voluntary support from their audience in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
What we provide
ChaiLink is a digital patronage platform, not an e-commerce store. Supporters visit a Creator's public profile, choose an amount in PKR, optionally leave a message, and complete checkout without creating an account. Creators manage their profile, view supporters, track goals, and withdraw earnings to their bank account, Raast ID, or mobile wallet.
ChaiLink is not a bank and does not offer deposits, loans, investments, or cryptocurrency services. Contributions are voluntary gifts unless a Creator explicitly offers a deliverable on their profile.
How payments work
- Supporter selects an amount in PKR on a Creator's profile at www.chailink.co/username
- Payment is processed through State Bank-licensed partners including PayFast (Avanza Premier Payment Services), Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and card networks
- ChaiLink (Pvt) Ltd acts as the merchant of record — the legal seller on checkout
- After deducting the platform fee, the net amount is credited to the Creator's Vault ledger on ChaiLink
- Creator requests a payout to their verified bank, wallet, or Raast destination

Company registration
ChaiLink (Pvt) Ltd is a private company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 of Pakistan. ChaiLink operates as a digital creator-support platform and merchant of record for voluntary contributions in PKR. Individual Creators on the platform are not separate payment-gateway merchants — they receive payouts from ChaiLink subject to verification and compliance review.
